*2.Permanent disability of students*
*3.Death of students*.
*4.Incurred Medicals expenses.*
*5.Best glGraduating students from each faculty*

Now is the time to make your insurance claim!.

Documents required : *1.Medical Report  from reputable hospital*.

*2.Death Certificate in case of death of students or parents/sponsor*.

*3 Tuition fee receipt first semester or the previous year*


*Evidence of payment of health insurance*

Two copies of the aforementioned documents should be submitted to the Students union Secretariat on or before Friday/ 2 /8/2019
